A soft dough, naturally leavened for over 24 hours, soft and fragrant, without raisins or candied fruit, covered with a rich sugar icing, whole almonds and crunchy sugar grains for a panettone, dedicated to adults and children.
Ingredients:
Wheat flour, sugar, emulsifiers (E471), wheat gluten, salt, skimmed milk powder, dextrose, various flavorings (lemon, orange), enzymes, yeast, eggs, water, sugar, honey, vanilla, butter, sugar grains and almonds.
